Hello, I'm Lorraine – an internationally certified Qigong teacher, Breathwork Coach, Reiki Practitioner and former nurse with over 30 years' experience supporting people's health and wellbeing.
My discovery of Qigong came at the perfect moment - just when I needed it most. Looking back, I can't help but wish I had found this transformative practice sooner. This holistic approach to wellness has reshaped my physical health and elevated my mental wellbeing in ways I never imagined.
Since then, my work has naturally evolved to include Reiki and breathwork alongside Qigong.
Stress that once weighed me down is now a distant memory. I sleep deeply and wake up full of energy. I've unlocked a vitality I hadn't felt in years. And now, I'm on a mission to share these life-changing benefits with you.
Today, my approach is gentle, personalised and centred around you. Whether we're working with movement, breath or Reiki, my aim is never simply to guide you through a practice - it's to help you feel calmer, restore your energy and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels sustainable and deeply supportive.
